great device, a bit slow and video gets stuck allot

Can't pair the feeder. No sound when keeping the button pressed. Green light always flashing. How to fix? Would love to get it to work. Tried different Wi-Fi, different phones, even printed to QR to super size, different light, no connection. Is there a way I can configure over USB? The feeder does not show a WiFi signal to manually connect to either. I think it is broken. Seller useless, product was defective and bit stressful to open a dispute. Had to send it back and took weeks for warehouse to confirm receiving the returned product.
